GOLD Medal for 9 FSH Players at the 2023 U18 Women's National Championship

A huge congratulations to the 9 First Star Hockey players who represented Team Ontario Red at the 2018 U18 Women's National Championships in BC and brought home the Gold Medal:

• Claire Murdoch (Burlington Barracudas/U Conn)

• Caitlin Kraemer (Kitchener-Waterloo/U of Minnesota Duluth)

• Maxine Cimoroni (Mississauga Jr Hurricanes/Ohio State)

• Reece Logan (Etobicoke Jr Dolphines)

• Abby Stonehouse (Kitchener-Waterloo)

• Victoria Damiani (Mississauga Jr Hurricanes)

• Hannah Clark (Etobicoke Jr Dolphins/U of Minnesota)

Mackenzie Alexander would score twice in the 3-2 Gold Medal win, finishing with 9 points and 5 goals, each of which were 1 behind the tournament leaders in the respective categories. Caitlin Kraemer and Claire Murdoch would each finish with 7 points, with Caitlin finishing 1 assist behind the tournament assist leader. Emma Venusio wore the "C" for Ontario Red, and Hanna Clark would have a tournament-best 1.75 GAA.
